DELMA JACKSON WORKING ON PHD IN ATLANTA

Here's an update from Delma S. Jackson, who worked with the Health Department's mental health division on St. Thomas from 1976 to 1996.
Jackson left the island in 1996 to return to school in Atlanta.
"I am presently attending the School of Social Work at Clark Atlanta University," she reports. "I am working on a Ph.D in administration and planning. I am also studying international affairs and development with an emphasis on the Caribbean region."
A request from Jackson: Please, how about updates from other Virgin Islanders living abroad? Just e-mail them to source@viaccess.net.
