The St. Thomas Historical Trust continues its lecture series, which includes various aspects of Virgin Islands history and culture.

Disability Rights Center of the Virgin Islands and the Government of the Virgins Islands will hold Town Hall meetings to discuss the settlement of the class action in regard to V.I. Alliance, et al v. Government., et al-Civil No. 2003/182.

The V.I. Resource Conservation & Development Council Inc. (V.I. RC&D) is seeking 9 or 10 Virgin Islands’ high school students between the ages of 15-18 to attend the 2010 Natural Resources Conservation Workshop, to be held June 13-17, at the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia.

The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands has announced that through the generosity of the residents of the Virgin Islands, it has collected more than $115,000 for the Haitian Relief Fund. 

The Friends of Virgin Islands National Park announces its annual scholarship program is again being offered to Virgin Islanders at the university level studying in fields related to marine biology or natural resource management and protection.

The St. Thomas Audubon Society Inc. will conduct a bird-watching walk on Sunday, Feb. 28. Members and anyone interested are welcome to join on the walk.
