Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and U.S.V.I. Soccer Federation for the use of Plot No. 23-1 Upper Bethlehem, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 12,331 acres, to be used for soccer, other related activities, retail and wholesale of goods, concessions or restaurant and bar and for no other purpose.
