Workshop Series on Conscious Communication

Laura Castillo Nagi will be hosting a five-week series entitled “Conscious Communication — Tools for Increasing Effectiveness and Connection in Communication.” The series will explore bringing awareness and mindfulness to communication to increase effectiveness, connection to self and connection to others.  Participants will leave with a concrete framework for communication that allows them to increase self-awareness, increase emotional intelligence, clarify needs and values, navigate difficult conversations and transform communication barriers into opportunities. The group will meet at 6:45-8:45 p.m., on Thursdays, March 30, April 6, April 13, April 20 and Monday, April 24.
