USVI Special Olympics Games

The Virgin Islands Department of Education – Division of Special Education seeks athletes to participate in the USVI Special Olympics Area Games.  Special athletes may participate in up to three sports including track and field, basketball, bocce, soccer and tennis. To register, parents of students with intellectual disabilities who are enrolled in V.I. public schools may pick up registration packets from their child’s teacher. Students and individuals who are not enrolled in public schools may contact the appropriate representatives on St. Thomas to register. Registration starts at 8 a.m. Opening Ceremony is at 9 a.m.
