The V.I. Department of Human Services (DHS) Head Start Program will hold a workshop on how to budget for everyday living, the purpose of which is to help people to get close to owning their own home. DHS has allied with the Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) and the Virgin Islands Department of Health (VIDOH) to bring this together. Those interested must register to secure seating.
