U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will hold a second special naturalization ceremony (the first was held today at 9 a.m.) to celebrate Transfer Day. Attendees will witness 20 new citizens take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States. USCIS encourages new citizens and guests to share their naturalization ceremony experiences and photos through social media, using the hashtag #newUScitizen.
