Tax Returns

We were told that all would have their tax returns by September 1st.I for one have not received mine at this time and speaking with others many have not received their Tax return.I have paid 3 property taxes so far this year. Pay my taxes "payroll every week, what is the problem? The VI Goverment wants their tax money ,well I and many others want their tax return also.They say well your earning interest since June 1st,How is that calculated? I want my Tax Return Now!Keep the Interest!Any Updates about our deserved Tax Returns?

I too have yet to see my tax return. I file taxes early every year. I also paid 3 property tax and still I cant see my tax return. WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!??
