Bill No. 29-0263 – An Act directing the Virgin Islands Management Authority, or its successor, to utilize an Exposed Geomembrane Solar Cover (EGSC) system during the closure activities at the Bovoni landfill on the island of St. Thomas and the Anguilla landfill on the island of St. Croix
Bill No. 29-0329 – An Act amending Title 12, V.I.C., chapter 9a, subsection 312 © to allow for the transferability of fishing licenses in the Virgin Islands
Bill No. 29-0328 – An Act amending Title 29, V.I.C., chapters 3 and 5, relating to the siting of Wireless Facilities and Wireless Support Structures and for other related purposes
In addition, the committee will receive testimony regarding the environmental impact from the production of construction aggregate in the Hams Bluff, Frederiksted, area on the island of St. Croix.

Bill No. 29-0264 – An Act to amend Title 30, V.I.C., as it relates to disconnection of water and power services
Additionally, the Department of Public Works has been invited to give an update regarding Christiansted Bypass, Estate La Grange Gut in Frederiksted, Estate Ann’s hope Veterans’ Development cemeteries and burial lands for V.I. veterans and use of ARRA funds
