Red Cross Offers Classes on CPR, First Aid

Jan. 21, 2009 – The American Red Cross of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas office has announced its Health and Safety Course schedule for February, March and April:
Community CPR and First Aid: Begin on Saturdays on Feb. 7, March 7 and April 4. The cost is $60 for the course. Call for rates to take only CPR or first aid.
CPR for the Professional Rescuer: Begin on Sunday, Feb. 15; Saturday, March 14; Saturday, April 11. The cost for the course is $70.
All courses include books and equipment. Discount rates are available for government and non-profit agency employees. All classes must be pre-paid by cash, check or money order.
To register or for more information, call 774-0375 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
