Marilyn E. Richardson Dies in Florida

The family of Marilyn E. Richardson advises of her homegoing on July 29 in Miami, Florida. She was 73 years old.
She is survived by her husband, former senator Bingley G. Richardson Sr.; sons: Capt. Bingley G. Richardson III and Maj. Sekou Richardson; daughters: Laura Ofoha, Stephanie Richardson and Shirley Richardson-Edwards; sons-in-law: Dr. Kenneth Ofoha and John Edwards; daughters-in-law: Cher Webster-Richardson and Ruth Richardson; grandchildren: Oluchi, Ugochi, Ijeoma, Uchenna and Chisom Ofoha, Akil, Akima, Makeda, Tariq and Mikkel Richardson, Kenisha and Bingley Richardson IV, and Kevon Sprauve; brothers: Maurice Donovan, Roy Donovan and Carl Malone; and sisters: Joyce Caron and Helen Edwards.
She is also survived by brothers-in-law: Aimery Caron Ph.D. and David Richardson; sisters-in-law: Carol Donovan, Doreen Donovan, Leona Williams, Daryl Evans, Dawn Liburd, Deanna Richardson and Dale Richardson; special nephews: Kelvin and Keith Charles, Maurice Donovan Jr., Christopher Donovan, Norvel Donovan Jr., Aswad Ojore, Delvin Donovan and Amaury Harrigan; special nieces: Arlene Donovan-Collins and Annette Donovan-Hughes, Ansaama Guion, Anika Donovan, Deleen Adams, Alba Harrigan, Tiffany Malone and Kanisha Malone; special friends: Merle Kiture-Morgan, Lucita Lewis, Delma Hodge, Jane John, Dr. Wilbur Callendar and the CAHS Class of 1958.
Marilyn E. Richardson also leaves behind many special great-nieces and great-nephews, relatives and friends too numerous to mention including the Dawson, Donovan and Smith families and her Christchurch Methodist Contemporary Gospel Singers family.
A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, at Turnbull Funeral Home. A second viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, at Christchurch Methodist Church, Rothschild Market Square.
