Jeanette Ann Magras Dies at 43

Jeanette Ann Magras Jeanette Ann Magras died on May 2 at 43 years of age.
She is survived by her daughter, Serene Emma Saldana; stepson, Jerome Saldana; parents: Henry Louis Magras and Angelina Magras; sisters: Diane J. Magras-Urena, Angela M. Magras-Backes and Rosa C. Thomas; nieces: Lia A. Magras-Ortiz, Chantel Backes, Briana Backes, Alana Urena, Makalia Smith and Mary Smith; nephews: Antonio H. Urena and D. Jayden Stanley; aunts: Marguerite Brin, Margaret Brin, Beatrice Selkridge, Noreen Bryan, Louise Questel, Maria Petersen, Doreen Bryan, Felicia Bryan, Euranie Lambert, Irene Magras, Rita Magras-Parker and Geraldine Bernier; uncles: Flavel Magras, Blaise Brin, Hypolite Bryan, Leo Bryan, David Selkridge and Martel Questel; and many family members and friends too numerous to mention.
The first viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, May 12, at the Celestial Chapel of Hurley-Davis Funeral Home.
The second viewing will be held from 8-9 a.m. on Tuesday May 13, at the Celestial Chapel of Hurley-Davis Funeral Home, with services following at 9:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Attendees are encouraged to wear vibrant colors. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
Donations Information: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Family Resource Center or Women’s Coalition in remembrance of Jeanette Ann Magras.
All funeral arrangements are by Hurley-Davis Funeral Home, 192 Altona and Welgunst, St. Thomas, VI 00802.
