Graham Clyde Lloyd Dies at 88

Graham Clyde Lloyd, better known as “DA” or “Beige,” died on Aug. 20 at his residence. He was 88 years old.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Duncan-Lloyd and daughter, Glendora Marshall.
He is survived by his son-in-law, Cecil Marshall; grandchildren: Anola Duncan-Turnbull, Garfield Marshall, Delvin Marshall (Baltimore, Md.), Delriese Marshall, Berecia Marshall-Lettsome (Fla.) and Desiree Marshall; stepsons: Jim Duncan (N.Y.) and Archie Agard (Barbados); brother, Gordon Alleyne (Barbados); sisters: Priscilla Lloyd (Barbados) and Urcel Lloyd (England); 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
He is also survived by special friends: John Marshall, Lena Henley, Colin Bailey, William Nisbett, Cardinal Blackman, Frank Husband, Fitzgerald Rowe, Penny Lope Sanford and Dennis Armstrong; caretakers: Karen Rabsatt, retired Nurse Richardson, Ellen Hamilton, Paulette Collins, Lorna Smith, Dr. Marilyn Nutter, the staff at Lucinda Millin Home, Lise-Marie Hodge, Leondre Marshall and Desiree Marshall; godchildren: Shamika Marshall-Colbourne and Victoria Hamilton; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
