If You See Something, Say Something

To My Beloved Virgin Island Community, when will we decide that we have the right to live in paradise without fear? When will we decide that it is not ok to hurt, shoot at and terrify thy fellow man? When will we decide that when we look the other way from wrong doings that it is affecting some other loving family just like ours? Most of us work very, very hard to support our families and yet some people will have you throw it all away because of their senseless crimes. I know you are afraid at times but, you cannot experience courage unless you embrace your fears. Let’s get mad! Our children deserve the same joys and safety we all had growing up here. I don’t want to lie awake at night wondering if my children, employees or friends are safe. We have a great tool to use called Crime Stoppers. We can make toll free calls that go off island to a call center that does not know us. Your information, however small could be the missing piece that can solve a case. We all know that when a conviction and a sentence are given to person or a group of people that many other crimes become solved even if they were not mentioned in court. Be strong Virgin Islanders and fight to take our islands back. “If you see something, say something!” Sincerely, Paul Doumeng
