The Virgin Islands One Cricket Club received a $2,900 sponsorship check to purchase new uniforms for the team from Marriott’s Frenchman’s Reef General Manager Jose Gonzalez. The club is a non-profit organization, founded in 1993 by Kenneth Allen. Over the last 19 years, the team has played successfully not only in the Caribbean region but also in South America.
Its mission is to educate and foster good sportsmanship among its members and fans, and to bring this message to young people island wide.
