District Court Judge Curtis V. Gomez on Thursday sentenced 24-year-old St. Thomas resident Tolomah Foy to 24 months in prison and five years of supervised release for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, acting U.S. Attorney Joycelyn Hewlett announced.
Gomez also ordered Foy to perform 300 hours of community service, and to pay a special assessment of $100.
According to court records, between November and December of 2016, Foy sold quantities of crack cocaine to undercover agents in the Red Hook area of St. Thomas.
This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Everard E. Potter.
