What is a Vegan?

A vegan is a type of diet that excludes beef, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients.  While vegans follow an animal-free diet, they also do not wear animals or use them for entertainment or any other purpose.

Why Vegan?

A vegan diet offers an incredibly effective way to protect animals, the environment and a person’s health.
