Small Fry and Governmental Agencies Basketball Tournament Set for March 3, 4

Guidance Sports Club Inc. will host the Positive Guidance Small Fry and Governmental Agencies Basketball Tournament on March 3-4 at the Free Will Baptist School Gymnasium located in Estate Sion Farm, St. Croix. 

Teams participating in the Small Fry bracket are the St. Croix All-Stars, Virgin Islands Jaguars (St. Thomas), Positive Guidance Rookies and CJM Bulls. 

The agencies competing in the Governmental Agencies bracket are the V.I. National Guard, the V.I. Marshals, the V.I. Police Department, and the V.I. Fire Service.   

Games will start at 5 p.m., Friday, March 3.  All proceeds will benefit the St. Croix All Stars with their travel expenses to attend the Small Fry International Championships from April 10-13 in Orlando, Fla. 

Small Fry Basketball is a developmental and highly competitive youth basketball program for players no taller than 5-foot-1 and not older than 12 years of age as of Sept. 1, immediately prior to the competition season.
