Community and Police Association Plans Town Hall Meeting

Residents and businesses of the communities of Red Hook, Nadir and Frydenhoj will have a chance to voice their concerns, opinions and offer solutions to crime and other community issues in a town hall meeting to be held at 6 p.m. Monday at the Paradise Cove Resort, Inspiration Hall.

The meeting, a follow up to a meeting held a week ago, will be sponsored by the Community and Police Association and feature representatives from the V.I. Police Department.

CAPA has been working with community-based organizations on St. Thomas such as the Savan based group Community Action Now and the Smith Bay Community Action Foundation. Its activities have included the Street Naming Project in Smith Bay as part of the Geographic Information System under the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
